20g Saxa salt (can get away with 15g)

1 tspn quick yeast (keep yeast in the fridge)

2 tbspn olive oil

Tin of tomatoes for sauce (Mutti is a good brand)

garlic granules

salt / pepper / olive oil

toppings – salami napoli / pre-cooked mushrooms / pre-cooked spinach
